Communication: The ability to get ideas across.
Cooperation: A willingness to work with others.
Collaboration: The courage to put out individual ideas, along with the flexibility to develop and refine them collectively.
And, we did promise a monkey: Each month at Strategic Coach®, we give out three "Monkey Awards" to recognize the three team members who have produced the most outstanding results. For the duration of their win, the winners each get to hold onto one of our three resident sock monkeys. At the end of the month, the highly-coveted trophies (Competitive?
